The Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Uganda, H.E Vladen Semivolos, has this afternoon paid a courtesy call to NRM Secretary-General, Rt Hon Richard Todwong.
Todwong welcomed the Ambassador and commended the cordial working relations between the NRM party and United Russia Party.
The two principals discussed matters of mutual interest and bilateral concern to both Uganda and the Russian Federation.
Ambassador Semivolos expressed gratitude over the warm reception received.
