President Museveni has said government is ready to fully reopen the economy in January but noted that Ugandans need to get vaccinated for Covid.
While addressing the nation yesterday evening on COVID-19, Mr. Museveni said by December, the country will have got 23million doses of vaccines which are enough to ensure at least 4.8 million people are vaccinated as a precursor for the reopening of the economy.
