NRM's Mugisha will steer prosperity- Namayanja tells Hoima voters

The Deputy Secretary-General of NRM, Rt.Hon. Namayanja Rose Nsereko has called upon Christians of the Seventh-day Adventist church district that comprises of Hoima district and Hoima City Local Governments to vote for Mugisha Uthuman Mubarak, saying he is the right candidate to steer prosperity among the population.

Namayanja was today Saturday, attending a Sabbath service at Kikwite Seventh-day Adventist Church.

“The right agent of development in Hoima district is the NRM flagbearer, Uthuman Mugisha Mubarak. I pray that you give him the mandate of taking the leadership of the Hoima district in this ongoing by-election,” Namayanja said.  

She added, “It will be easy for Mugisha to lobby services if elected since he will be part of the government.”

As she justified why the NRM aspirant should be elected, Namayanja said, “We came up with poverty alleviation projects like the Parish Development Model and Emyooga and we urge you to embrace them.”

“All our focus is to improve on household incomes. We came up with the PDM as our flagship programme of our 2021-2026 manifesto,” she added.

On industrialisation, Namayanja asked the people of Hoima to take advantage of the opportunities resulting the good road infrastructure of over 700KM, an industrial park and the Kabalega international Airport which is 90% complete in Kabale Sub County.

“These will provide employment opportunities to the young people in the region. So, work with leaders of the NRM government to seize these advantages,” NRM deputy SG emphasized.

On health she noted that the government policy is to have Health Centre IIs upgraded to Health Centre IIIs. She revealed that government has also availed a CT scan in Hoima Regional Referral hospital to improve medical services to the patients.

As businesses are booming in Hoima district and the city, Namayanja urged the people to be part of this development through availing the food, accommodation, expertise that will be needed when the airport begins operation.

Namayanja humbly requested all eligible voters in Hoima district to vote for Mugisha Uthuman Mubarak as the LCV chairman for hoima district in the forthcoming by election since he directly connected with the government in leadership.

“When you vote for a candidate who is not connected with government it halts progress of the district and this directly impacts the people therefore humbly vote for the NRM candidate and government is ready to cooperate and work hand in hand with him, for those under looking him because of his youthful age.

“Nobody should be underestimated since leadership comes from God,” Namayanja stated.

While giving his sermon, Pastor Mabeeri Paul called upon believers to always put God first in whatever they are doing, saying moving with God’s blessings guarantees success in life.
